The EFL Trust are helping fans to tackle their weight, get healthier and be happier after agreeing a license agreement with the SPFL Trust to bring Football Fans in Training (FFIT) to 30 clubs in England from January 2020.

SPFL clubs across Scotland will this month throw open their doors to support socially isolated and vulnerable elderly people as part of the our Festive Friends initiative. 

The SPFL Trust were delighted to welcome Alfie Carson and Shay Docherty to Hampden Park to represent their favourite club at the 2019 Betfred Cup Final between Celtic and Rangers, last Sunday (8 December).

The SPFL Trust is to launch a pilot programme with the Universities of Stirling, Glasgow and Bristol called FFITer Families.
