Hearts have used their funding to appoint a Community Club Development Officer to support quality mark football clubs across Edinburgh by working with coaches, improving game knowledge and creating a positive environment for everyone involved with the club. This includes the delivery of Positive Coaching Scotland modules to football club personnel who then use their new skills to deliver free football sessions to nursery schools in deprived areas.
