Ruth Boyle
Ruth Boyle is the policy and campaigns manager at the Poverty Alliance, Scotland’s
anti-poverty network, where she leads on the organisation’s policy, campaigns and
communications work.
In this role, Ruth sees the impact poverty has on people’s health, wellbeing and life chances.
She is passionate about the importance of coming together to challenge the causes and consequences of poverty.
Prior to working at the Poverty Alliance, Ruth has worked in a number of roles in the
third sector focused on employment, skills, equalities and charity governance.
As an avid football fan, Ruth believes that football is a source of good in Scotland.
She is pleased to support the SPFL Trust’s work to enable our football clubs to make
an even bigger contribution to their communities.
