Hearts Get Some Luck and Find a Perfect Match.
The Maroons from Edinburgh must be buzzing as Hearts FC have managed to snap up a whopping seven figure partnership and be the first Scottish footballing team to be sponsored by a globally recognised charity “Save the Children” the deal is set to last top for the next 3 seasons!
The partnership between the both is being funded purely through generosity in the form of a seven-figure from an anonymous three-year deal that is being put into use in order to help run and support both the club and also the community trust.
This amazing and all new partnership with Save The Children will help to provide basic household essentials for families with young children. As well as deliver some family focused support that allows children to get the best possible outcome from school day to day school life. The Big Hearts Community Trust is also set to receive a donation to help fund their work within the local community.
Hearts are the first and only side in the Country to have carried the name of a worldwide charity on both home and away jerseys having rejected several standard shirt-sponsorship opportunities!
Chair and CEO of the club Ann Budge also commented “The benefactors are wholly supportive of the way in which the club is being rebuilt and of the values that underpin its activities. As the team is restored to its rightful place in the SPFL, we can use the magical formula of football to enhance the lives of children and families in the community. It’s a perfect match.”
