Football Powered Podcast: first episode launches
Written By SPFL Trust Media Centre
Extraordinary stories from across Scottish football communities – this is the SPFL Trust Football Powered podcast.
As part of this season’s SPFL Trust Trophy competition, we’re bringing together guests from Scottish football clubs and their associated community trusts to talk about the game, and most importantly the incredible power it has to change lives.
Split into two halves, each episode will highlight the difference that football clubs and community trusts make to people’s lives every day and include a section on SPFL Trust Trophy upcoming fixtures.
In episode one hear about how Spartans helped Para football player Paul Reid change his life and learn about Rangers’ ‘Team Talk’ project which supports fans like Gordon Bell with their mental health.
There will be more too, with competitions, promotions and other opportunities to get involved as we build up to Final 2023.
On episode one we were joined by:
- Jordan Boyd, Senior Community Executive, Rangers Charity Foundation
- Gordon Bell, Team Talk participant, Rangers Charity Foundation
