The aim of the Pars Foundation is to use the Dunfermline Athletic Football Club branding to develop young footballers, ensure maximum participation and run programmes which fit the needs of the community of Dunfermline and local Fife towns and villages.

Football Fans In Training

Project aiming at helping men aged 35yrs to 65yrs to lose and maintain weight loss through change of life style and diet. Introduce the men to 45mins of physical activity and educate them on diet, alcohol and benefits of physical activity in a 45min class room session.

Males 35-65yrs

Wednesday 6.30pm to 8pm 21st May to 30th July & 2nd October to 17th December 2014

Music Box

Music box allows children to come along free of charge to learn a range of musical instruments with fully qualified tutors.

Kids 10-16yrs

Monday night 6pm to 7.30pm

DAFC Dribblers

Parent & toddler class which uses football to promote basic motor and social skills. Each session has a different theme from throwing and catching to balance and fast feet.

Toddlers 18 months to 3yrs

Monday 1.30pm-2.15pm Friday 10am-10.45am & 11am-11.45am

DAFC Mini Kickers

Pre-school class where the children move on from mini kickers to being introduced to more advanced motors skills and football oriented games. Football skills are developed in these classes with the use of fun games and activities. Like Dribblers each session has a different theme but now it is based on football skills, dribbling, shooting, passing etc.

Monday 9.30am, Tuesday 10.15am & 1pm, Thursday 1pm & 4pm and Friday 1pm

Pars Soccer Stars

Fun, all inclusive football sessions where the players are taught how to play, understand and encouraged to show their skills. The idea is for different abilities to come together and learn together in a fun safe environment in the local area.

P1 to P7

Tuesday 5pm & 6pm, Thursday 3.45pm, Friday 5pm and Saturday 9am to 11am

Midnight league

Using Dunfermline High School and in partnership with the local Police, the sessions run on a Friday night and are designed to prevent anti-social behaviour.

P7 to S5

Friday night 7.45pm to 10.15pm

Baby Buggy Bootcamp

New Mums

Tuesday and Thursday 10am

The programme is designed to allow mums to lose their baby weight while involving their child or buggy during the sessions. The idea that the mums can bring their children with them removes one of the main barriers to them attending fitness classes or gyms. All mums are made to feel comfortable as they are all in the same situation and have the same aims.
