Rossco’s Primary Stars

Ross County Football Club visits a number of primary schools each year to deliver our own specialised coaching sessions throughout the Highlands & Islands. These visits provide structured football coaching sessions for boys and girls to participate in, with the emphasis on fun and maximum participation

Tesco Bank

The Tesco Bank Football Challenge is a four-year community programme run in partnership with the Scottish FA. The six-week programme is delivered in schools across the Highland & Island for children in P2&3

Train Like a Pro

RCFC in partnership with TRCF offers a Train like a Pro throughout the Easter, Summer and October holidays, This programme is targeted at participants aged 7 – 15 to train like a professional, the children will receive 6 hours of coaching ranging from individual practices, dribbling/passing/shooting exercises and also some fun afternoon activities. During the 9 hour day the kids will also receive the nutritional benefit of training like a pro where they receive breakfast, lunch and dinner just as the pro’s do

RCFC & TRCF offers a week along stay for children from all over the Highlands and Islands to experience what it would be like to as a professional footballer.

This extensive programme offers fun filled football coaching which runs throughout Dingwall & Inverness during school term-time, For boys & girls aged 5-12.

Walking Football

Walking football is a slower paced version of ‘the beautiful game’. It enables older people to return to a sport they once loved or to try out a new activity that suits their fitness levels.

FFIT is a 12-week course aimed at tackling men’s health problems.
Each session combines dietary and healthy living advice through informative and interactive classroom sessions as well as taking part in planned and progressive physical activity at RCFC
