ICTFC Community Development Trust through vision and endeavour are creating and establishing individual and collective pathways of opportunity throughout the Highlands of Scotland. These pathways are created utilising methods and practices that integrate and enhance the social and economic development of youngsters within our area. Through our programmes: Soccer Schools, Nessie Soccer Stars, Music Box, Football Fans In Training, Still Game, Support for Employment we feel we have over the years influenced many young people in the highlands to “Be the best they can be” by instilling in them an ethos of self worth and belief in their own abilities.

The high profile of ICTFC in Inverness gives the youngsters the focus to succeed in an environment which is less threatening than others they may face in their day to day lives.
